Patrons may borrow books (regular and large print), magazines, audios, and music CDs.  The library has a large Children's Department and many children's videos are available.  Our collections are updated every month with new books, and several times a year we borrow large print books and many audios from the State Library in Willimantic.

Connecticard System, photocopy machine, ILL loan system, and IMac Computers with Internet access are available for use.  The library also participates in a paperback book exchange and Read-Aloud Day.

Contact us about our preschool story hours and summer reading programs.

Raymond Library is a private business supported in part by  public funds.

Town Hall, the former Uncasville School built in 1917-18, was last used as a school in 1992. On February 23, 2001, it was accepted for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places. In January 2002, after renovations, it became our new Town Hall.
