- Examples of Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, develop and implement programs to meet the needs of the elderly and aging.
- Provide coordination and linkage of such plans and programs among existing services, and
- Make recommendations for the benefit of the elderly and aging from time to time to the Town Council.
- Be aware of any federal, state, local or private funds which may be available for assistance to the elderly and aging.
- May recommend to the Town Council that the Town apply for any available federal, state, local or private grants for the benefit of the elderly and the aging.
- Assist in developing policies and guidelines for the services and programs for the elderly and aging in the Town of Montville.
