Parks & Recreation Registration Information

Registration information and forms are available for all Parks & Recreation programs at:

Parks and Recreation Office
Montville Town Hall
310 Norwich New London Turnpike
Uncasville, CT 06382.

Office hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

• Registration is accepted from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  
• Payment is due when registering for programs.
  
• Checks should be made out to "Montville Recreation".
  
• You can register in person or mail your registration and payment in and a receipt will be sent promptly.
  
• You can also download registration forms from our Main Page or the Form Repository.
  

Note: Full refunds will be given for any program canceled by the Recreation Department. Participants withdrawing from a program are entitled to a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the program fee, if canceled within seven (7) business days of registration. Otherwise, the registration is non-refundable.
