Parks & Recreation Registration Information
Registration information and forms are available for all Parks & Recreation programs at:

Office hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday.
Three ways to register: Online, U.S. Mail or walk in to our offices
- Online registrations are accepted any time of day.
- Office registrations are accepted from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Mailed registrations are accepted the day it arrives in our office. Note that some programs have designated registration days and mailed registrations will returned if time permits or not be processed until the day after registrations begin.
- Payment is due when registering for programs.
- Checks should be made out to "Montville Recreation". Online registration accept debit/credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
- You can register in person, online or mail your registration and payment in and a receipt will be sent promptly.
- You can also download registration forms from our Main Page or the Form Repository.
Note: Full refunds will be given for any program canceled by the Recreation Department. Participants withdrawing from a program are entitled to a one hundred percent (100%) refund if canceled prior to the first meeting of each program. A refund of fifty percent (50%) of the program fee will be given after the first meeting of the program. The Parks & Recreation Director, at his discretion may arrange for other refund options on a case-by-case basis. Appeals may be submitted in writing to the Recreation Commission for consideration.
