The Planning Department provides staff support to the Planning and Zoning Commission, Inland Wetlands Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Economic Development Commission . In addition, the staff works on special projects for the Town Council and other Boards, Commissions, and Building Committees as requested.

Planning and Zoning Commission and Inland Wetland Commission
applications are due 14 days before the scheduled meeting of the Commission. Zoning Board of Appeals applications are due 21 days prior to the scheduled meeting of the Board. |

Inland Wetlands Permits.
Meeting Dates:
Planning and Zoning Commission meets the 2nd and 4th
Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers
except for July and August when they meet on the 4th
Tuesday and November and December when they meet on the second
Tuesday only.
Zoning Board of Appeals meets the 1st Wednesday of the Month at 7:00 PM in
the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall.
Inland Wetlands Commission meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at
7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall.
