Beginning at a point in the center of Lathrop Road at the Montville/Waterford Town line running northerly along the center line of Lathrop Road to Depot Road; thence westerly along the center line of Depot Road to Norwich-New London Turnpike (Route 32); thence southerly along the center line of the Norwich-New London Turnpike (Route 32) to Maple Avenue; thence westerly along the center line of Maple Avenue to Gay Hill Road; thence southerly along the center line of Gay Hill Road to Old Colchester Road; thence northerly along the center line of Old Colchester Road to Chesterfield Road; thence southerly in a straight line to a point on the easterly side of Fire Street and the Montville/Waterford Town line; thence easterly along the Montville/Waterford Town line to the point of origin.
