Beginning at a point in the center line of Interstate 395 at the Montville/Norwich Town line running southerly along the center line of Interstate 395 to Oakdale Road (Route 163); thence easterly along the center line of Oakdale Road (Route 163) to the railroad bed of the former Central Vermont Railroad spur line; thence easterly along the railroad bed of the former Central Vermont Railroad spur line to the Norwich-New London Turnpike (Route 32); thence northerly along the center line of the Norwich-New London Turnpike (Route 32) to the Montville/Norwich Town line; thence westerly along the Montville/Norwich Town line to the point of origin.
