Beginning at a point along the Montville/Ledyard Town line in the middle of the Thames River opposite the entrance to Haughton Cove westerly to the junction of the railroad bed of the former Central Vermont Railroad and the New England Central Railroad tracks; thence westerly along the railroad bed of the former Central Vermont Railroad to the Norwich-New London Turnpike (Route 32); thence southerly along the center line of the Norwich-New London Turnpike to Depot Road; thence easterly along the center line of Depot Road to Lathrop Road; thence southerly along Lathrop Road to the Montville/Waterford Town line; thence easterly along the Montville/Waterford Town line to the intersection of the Montville/Waterford and Ledyard Town line in the middle of the Thames River; thence northerly along the Montville/Ledyard Town line in the middle of the Thames River to the point of origin.
