The Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) is a five member volunteer commission appointed by the Town Council, of which one member must be a Town Councilor. It has jurisdiction and control over all facilities owned and operated by the Town of Montville for the supply and distribution of water to its residents and property owners and for the collection and treatment of residential wastewater and commercial and industrial wastewater.
