Meetings are held the 1^st Wednesday of the Month at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers meeting room at Town Hall.

Zoning Board of Appeals is an elected and appointed board that has the power to alter the Zoning Regulations, where 1) enforcement of the Zoning Regulations would create exceptional hardship and deprive the owner of the property reasonable use of the land or building involved; 2) to override a decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer when an applicant feels that the Zoning Officer has made an error; and 3) to approve location of certain motor vehicle uses.
