How far away from my property line do I have to be when building a new structure? Is it still 12 feet from the side of my property? How far away from the front and the back of my property do I have to be?

It all depends on what Zone the property is located in and what type of structure it is.  Each Zone has different setback requirements. Please contact the Planning Office to verify what Zone your property is located in.
