Low Interest Loans for Property Owners with Flood Damages

Property owners who have suffered damages and losses due to the flooding conditions of March 30 and 31 may contact the State of Connecticut Housing Investment Fund office to apply for a low interest (2%) loan. You may visit the website www.chif.org  or call (800) 992-3665.

You may also leave your name and address with the Town's Emergency Management Office at (860) 848-1175 or (860) 848-3030 Extension 381 to assist the Town in compiling detailed information regarding the extent of damages that could be useful in reporting and requesting other state or Federal benefits.
