Montville, CT

Masks mandatory in all Town facilities effective August 23, 2021

To all Town of Montville Residents, Businesses and Employees:

We find ourselves once again in a place of resurgent COVID-19 cases due to the Delta variant. I am proud of all that the residents of Montville have done to date to cooperate with recommendations and Executive Orders with respect to wearing face coverings, practicing social distancing and limiting unnecessary exposure opportunities. We will continue to exercise responsible and reasonable precautions as this crisis continues.

All Town offices are fully staffed and operating as normal as possible. Due to the rise in infection rates, masks will be required in all Town facilities effective August 23, 2021. While conducting business at Town Hall, please be sure to wear a mask and keep distanced.

In closing, as your Mayor, I continue to offer encouragement to everyone as we deal with this public health issue. Please be assured that as Mayor and joined by our Town Council Members and Staff, we will work hard every minute of every day to guarantee the health and safety of our community. We know that we will continue to confront more challenges before this subsides. We all pray that you remain safe and healthy.
