4/20/2020 It is with great sadness that the Town of Montville 2020 Carnival has been cancelled for this year. The decision did not come lightly. With all the unknowns out there during the pandemic, and the safety of everyone, the carnival committee felt they did not have a choice at this time but to cancel the Carnival until next year.

3/26/2020 Due to the risk of spread of the COVID-19 Virus, all Town owned playscapes and basketball courts are deemed off limits to the public. We are unable to properly disinfect these areas and any unauthorized use is at your own risk. At this time, we will leave the tennis courts, walking trails, dog park and open space areas open to the public as people should be able to social distance in those areas.

3/25/2020 The Montville Social Services Building will be closed until further notice. Food Baskets, hygiene supplies, and various necessary items will be available at the Montville Senior Center for pick-up.

Montville Public Schools Food Service is providing free breakfast and lunch to all Montville Public School Students starting Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

3/16/2020 Montville Senior & Social Services CLOSED TO PUBLIC March 16th – March 27th / re-evaluate at that time.

The Montville Senior Center and the Montville Social Services Department are closed to the Public; offices are staffed. We are working on coordinating efforts for: collecting donations, packaging, distribution and delivery of food and hygiene supplies to our seniors and those in need. If you are in need of assistance OR you would like to make a donation, please call:

Please note that we can sign SENIORS up for the TVCCA Meals on Wheels Program at this time, please call if you would like to participate.

3/13/2020 All Recreation programs and activities taking place at the Town Hall and Community Center are cancelled indefinitely for a minimum of two weeks
