TOWN OF MONTVILLE - NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION

Notice is hereby given that the Montville Town Council at a regular meeting held Monday, January 12, 2026 adopted the following ordinances.

·       ORDINANCE 2026-01: “AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT ROUTE 82, PARCEL ID #058-027-000”

·       ORDINANCE 2026-02: “AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT GAY HILL ROAD, PARCEL ID #077-039-000”

·       ORDINANCE 2026-03: “AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 20 BRIDGE STREET”
