The Town of Montville Human Resources office works through the Mayor’s office providing services that include employee recruitment, training, retention, development, health and safety, benefits administration, organization development and employee related issues.
The office of Human Resources, under the leadership and direction of the Mayor’s Office of the Town of Montville, strives to maintain a comprehensive program which includes; recruitment of qualified applicants into the municipal workforce, employment and orientation services, administration of benefits, policy development and compliance and maintenance of employment records. The goal is to provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation and equitable administration of policies, procedures and practices, thus fostering a positive work environment.
