Primary Election Information - August 11, 2026

The Registrar of Voters will be holding a registration session on Friday, July 24, 2026 12:00-2:00pm.  Click here for details.

Polling locations will be open on August 11, 2026 from 6:00am-8:00pm.

  • District 1 & 3, Town Hall Gymnasium - 310 Norwich New London Tpke, Uncasville
  • District 2 & 5, Mohegan Elementary School - 49 Golden Rd, Uncasville
  • District 4, Montville Community Center (Fair Oaks School) - 836 Old Colchester Rd, Oakdale

There will be a Democratic State Primary in Montville for the office of Governor.  All registered Democrats are eligible to vote in the primary election.

There will be a Republican State Primary in Montville for the office of State Senator of the 19th district.  Only registered Republicans that vote in Montville's voting district 2 are eligible to vote in the primary election.

Early voting will be held for all districts at Montville Town Hall Gymnasium, 310 Norwich New London Tpke. on the following days and times:

August 03, 2026 - 10:00am - 6:00pm
August 04, 2026 - 8:00am - 8:00pm
August 05, 2026- 10:00am - 6:00pm
August 06, 2026 - 8:00am - 8:00pm
August 07, 2026 - 10:00am - 6:00pm
August 08, 2026 - 10:00am - 6:00pm
August 09, 2026 - 10:00am - 6:00pm

Absentee Ballots are available beginning Tuesday, July 21, 2026 in the office of the Town Clerk.
