In accordance with Section 23-59 of the Connecticut General Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Town of Montville Tree Warden shall hold a public hearing on the intended removal of the selected tagged tree posted 5/28/2026 located on Butlertown Rd as a result of an appeal of Mr. Robert Aiello of 67 Butlertown Rd of Waterford, CT 06385. Removal of this tree is in line with the road improvement project.
The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday June 11, 2026 at 10am at the roadside of the tree location on Butlertown Rd. This location is across the street from #232 Butlertown Rd.
