LEGAL NOTICE AND WARNING OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
TOWN OF MONTVILLE
Notice is hereby given that a Special Town Meeting of the electors and eligible taxpayers of the Town of Montville will be held at Town Hall, Council Chambers, 310 Norwich New London Tpke, Uncasville, CT on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. to consider and act upon the following purpose:
To approve the discontinuance of PTA Lane, Uncasville, CT as described in Town Council Resolution No. 2026-59, adopted by the Town Council at its special meeting on July 20, 2026.
The full text of Resolution No. 2026-59, is on file and open to public inspection, in the office of the Town Clerk, Montville Town Hall, Room 5, 310 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, Connecticut 06382, and at the link below.
Voters may attend the meeting any time between the hours of 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. and are not required to attend the entire meeting. Voting will be done by paper ballot during that time.
Such Special Town Meeting may consider and act upon any other business which may lawfully come before the Meeting.
