New FIRM Maps have been updated by FEMA and available for public review. FEMA's update process is outlined in their correspondence to the Town of Montville.

The below maps are a compilation of current FEMA mapping with proposed flood limits noted above. The maps are provided for convenience to assist in evaluating how the changes may impact your property.
READING THE MAPS:
Proposed Limits:
- AE Flood Zone limits are depicted in Green
- Floodways delineated by the inner Green line (or coincident with the outer AE Flood Zone);
- A Flood Zone limits are depicted in Red.
- 0.2% Annual Chance is not depicted. See FEMA prepared maps provided above.
Current FEMA limits
- Blue - AE & A Zones;
- Brown - 0.2% Annual Chance;
- Red cross hatch - Floodways.
Solid white lines are property lines based upon assessor mapping.
